Dear fortunate people in the world,
I am writing this letter specially for you as i remember your present in my life. I am quite shocked as i know your condition, I am totally shocked when they said you are under depression. My friend, you are not like the one i know before. You look strong back then, you seems happy yesterday, but why have you be like this? Feels all alone with your life. Remember this my pretty friend, you are always in my heart.
From my analysis, depression means a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behaviour, feelings and physical well-being. You must be feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, or restless right now, right? My dear friend, there must be some ways or solutions for you to manage your problems. Here some advises for you.
First thing to do is cultivate supportive relationships. You can turn to trusted friends and family members. Share what you’re going through with the people you love and trust. Ask for the help and support you need. You may have retreated from your most treasured relationships, but they can get you through this tough time. You have to think that everyone is there for you.
Next, join a support group for depression. Being with others who are dealing with depression can go a long way in reducing your sense of isolation. You can also encourage each other, give and receive advice on how to cope, and share your experiences. You are also advice to busy yourself by joining social activities. When you’re depressed, it feels more comfortable to retreat into your shell. But being around other people will make you feel less depressed.
Then, challenge negative thinking. Depression puts a negative spin on everything, including the way you see yourself, the situations you encounter, and your expectations for the future. But you can’t break out of this pessimistic mind frame by “just thinking positive.” Happy thoughts or wishful thinking won’t cut it. Rather, the trick is to replace negative thoughts with more balanced thoughts.
In a nut shell, dont feel depressed cause you are not alone in this world to handle your problems. Remember this, God will not test His servant if His servants could not endure. You can also try to go for a therapy, medication and lifestyle changes that can help you. Last but not least, i will always by your side in hard or easy time.
